    Rules:
    ⭕️ Must drink 1 gallon or 16 Cups of Water Daily & Track in MyFitness Pal App.
    ⭕️ Eat & Track up to 2000 Calories each day using provided meal plan or approved by trainer.
    ⭕️ Must eat breakfast, snack, Lunch, Dinner & Snack.
    ⭕️ Check in once weekly by posting a short message on Challenge wall.
    ⭕️ Attend 3-4 workouts each week & track in MyFitnessPal (Optional)
    ⭕️ An Accountability Group to share support & stay motivated during the 30 Days‼️
    ⭕️ Remain Positive & encourage others!
    ✅Goals: Lose 3%-5% of Body total body weight
    ✅ Winner will be determined at final measurements & weigh in.
