I could use a few people on the sidelines cheering my lil accomplishments... When a person gets excited over what most people find mundane... "I lost .5 lbs,"... I swam .5 miles"... It helps to feel someone is excited for you... Cheers you on... Understands why this lil accomplishment is important to you. And of course, I'd love to cheer you on as well.

    Good morning! I am new to MFP and I certainly understand getting excited over .5lb steps. It’s the little steps that add up to big steps. I’d like to be your friend and we can cheer each other on!🙂🙂
