Group Fitness HIIT

Logging each individual exercise is quite the pain in this app. I workout at a group fitness class that's primarily HIIT. There needs to be a way to log that kind of workout, or similarly, Crossfit exercises too.

    Just log it as circuit training. MFP isn't really intended as a training log.

    I got tired of figuring out exercise calories. I just added 300 calories to my allowed calorie total. I do CrossFit, HITT, biking, running, etc. Even on my rest days I eat those 300 calories, otherwise I am too hungry. If I am not losing weight, I tweak it a bit. If I know I burned a ton of calories, I'll go over a couple hundred. I have been calorie counting on and off for 6 years, so I know what works and what doesn't which really helps.

    Also, my iwatch gives me good data on where I am as far as calorie expenditure goes, so I pay attention to that too.
