Seems like everyone is struggling in the motivation department. Just remember: we all have times when we don't eat the best we should. Don't focus on that and don't give up. Just start fresh every day and do what you need to get back on track. You can do it- I have no doubt. Can you bring better food with you to work? Would it help to plan out your meals a little more?0

Finished Wednesday, sort of. We had a large part of boot camp today devoted to abs so I just couldn't do all those crunches today. Everything else I did. Still not confident about weigh in on Friday.0

My son came home on Monday after being at his dads house for 8 weeks, so, I've been on leave from work all week trying to cram a summer into 7 days. We've been having fun at the pool, park and school shopping. I didn't lose any weight, but, I didn't gain either. I haven't tracked my food or exercise all week but I did work out and watched what I ate.0

It seems I have taken off the weekend. I didn't mean to, but I went to a wedding on Saturday and that just ended badly (food wise). Then Sunday, I couldn't get back on track and was tired so I didn't do much of anything. It felt exhausting to think about logging in my food so I just didn't. Rather than beat myself up about 2 days, I decided that I am just going to put this past weekend in my rearview, and move on to this week. So, it was back to 5:30am boot camp this morning and now I am going to make an egg beater sandwich. I hope I can at least stay even this week, but I am taking it day by day! I will do Monday's challenge for sure!0
