Hello all, I am Gary, 64, living in Northern VA.I have used MYP several times, this is my first real jump into the community. Started at 255 now down to 244.

    Hi Gary! I am new to community too. I have been using MFP for a while but I am starting to read these threads for inspiration etc. Congrats on the 11 lb loss! And keep up the good work.

    Hi Gary, I’m new as well, just found this app in September and started using it. Totally love it, wish I had found it sooner! I’ve lost 54 lbs since last January and have 51 to go for my goal weight. I know I’ll keep using it to maintain and keep my weight where I want it once I’m there. Congrats on your weight loss!
