I love eating snacks but I know I have to be careful with what I eat. Any suggestions on what to snack on that is not too "boring". Thanks.

    Or some freeze dried durian?

and this in the bin please and thank you

OP you can snack on whatever you fancy so long as you account for it. Lots of people use vegetables like carrots or cucumbers or capsicum (with dip if you like) since you get a lot of volume for not very many calories. Other people can snack on a small amount of more calorie dense things like nuts (or even a biscuit!) and feel more satisfied.

I like salt and vinegar rice cakes. Sometimes a dried fruit bar (I like the NAKD carrot cake ones) or a bag of salted popcorn. I tried but I can't do carrot sticks, it makes me feel like a guinea pig, and there's no point if I don't actually enjoy them as a snack. Eat what you actually like in portions you can make work for your day!

One tip I can give is to maybe try and choose things that come already portion-sized so you're not grazing all day and accidentally going through 3 times as much as you wanted to.

I eat Keto so I can't have carbs and sugar. I usually have a handful of different nuts and/or seeds. Elevation bars from Aldi's. String Cheese. Beef Jerky.
