Wait... How much did I drink?

Soooo I was just wondering.....how do you figure out how much water you actually drank? Your suppose to drink 8-250mL glasses a day, but I know when exercising you need to drink more than that, how much water do you feel you have to replace in say, a 45 min exercise session with lots of sweating??

  • I don't know how much I drink. I have a jug I fill with ice water all day long. When it's empty, I refill and start on another one. If I am awake, I am drinking water. I stop about an hour or two before bed. I would estimate about 80 ozs most days.

    I just drink until I'm satisfied when it comes to working out. I usually drink between 15-25 cups of water a day (8 ounce cups). I think as long as you're making sure you're hydrated after working out, you should be fine!

    The 8 glasses a day is a myth. Really.
    Not saying you should not drink water, so don't flame me guys.
    I just drink when I'm thirsty, more or less. Medically substantiated way to do it.
  • I take a 24oz bottle and drink it all!! I do 60 min...
