Hello! I really want to lose a few pounds and get healthier. I struggle with the exercise piece because I am so busy. What do you recommend for a good work out that would be easier for a busy college girl? Should I be doing more cardio? I'd love some ideas.

Thank you!

Look on YouTube there are a lot of 10-20min workout options. Do cardio and strength.

If you haven't got time to do them before you leave the house, make a note of the basic moves so you can do them anytime, anywhere.

HasFit and Nerdfitness are two of my favourites.

    Brisk walking is always good.

Most of us have busy lives and just make a space in our day.

    Cheers, h.

I downloaded the HASfit app, I love these workouts, there are so many free workouts to choose from ranging from 5 minutes up. I've managed to fit a workout in most days when my little boy naps during the day

Find an activity that fits into your schedule. I'm a working mom and I still find time for 1.5 hour workouts 4-5 days a week (granted it is typically at 430-5am). To lose weight you need to maintain a calorie deficit. Exercise will increase your NEAT, but is not necessary to lose weight. Cardio is for cardiovascular health and is not necessary to lose weight.

I would say that keeping a close eye on your calorie intake would be your best option if you do t have time to work out. But you could try to do some burpees or air squats while you study. Study for 10 mins then do 3 sets of anything for a min each set. It’ll get your blood pumping and wake ya up
