Hi guys.. Need help with motivation.. I seemed to have to lost it somewhere.. Help..

    Hey there! How's it going. I started a couple of months ago after many years of neglecting my body and soul. Had a little wake up call and now I'm taking small steps toward eating properly and losing weight. I'm ashamed to say that I was 246lb. 6 weeks later I'm 238lbs and determined to get down to the 160lb area. I haven't changed my activity, though I am more aware of what I do and aim for 10-12k steps. The main change is eating good food regularly so that I don't eat as much bad food. Motivation? Think of what drives you, whether that's health, kids, family, partner, hobbies...then think of how much better it will be with more energy, health and well being. Add a square of dark chocolate every now and then too if that helps, or whatever treat makes you tick. I just want to be healthy, what makes you tick? H.
