Day (0-7) of the 20th August ONE WEEK challange

Hi all ..

As we stated yesterday we'll start a challange tomorrow on Saturday the 20th of August for a week.
Our goals are simple and easy .. here they are:

1- lose no less than 2 lbs (0.9kg).
2- track food daily.
3- never go over daily calories intack.
4- exercise daily for no less than 20 minutes.


For who joined us in the last topic .. and for you new members .. here we'll state our current weight and our goal.

    The goal weight I put here and ask you to put is the one week goal ... It must be no more than about 5 lbs or 2 kg .. it's only a week !! My finale goal weight is 50 but I put 57.7 to be a goal for the next week!

    I have a wedding to go to on Saturday (27th) and I don't want to be the fat friend :(
