Just started on the app 2 weeks ago and I am consistently finding that I am short on protein and a little long on fat almost every day. Any suggestions for foods that are high in protein/low in fat? Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Sometimes, when I’m low on protein but not hungry for it, I’ll use protein powder for a boost.1

IMO, the answer to all "need more protein" questions is usually in this thread:
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10247171/carbs-and-fats-are-cheap-heres-a-guide-to-getting-your-proteins-worth-fiber-also
It links to a spreadsheet that lists many, many foods in order by protein efficiency: Most protein for fewest calories.
Take a look through the spreadsheet, find something(s) you like, eat more of those and less of something that isn't helping you meet your nutritional goals.2
