Hello! New to the app and looking for fellow plant based people!

Hi everyone! I've been a vegetarian most of my life and now follow a more strict plant based diet. I recently joined a gym and am looking to lose 25-30 lbs. The diet/meal plan given to me only includes animal sources for protein and I'm curious if anyone else is familiar with vegan protein replacements. I'd love to avoid processed/packaged vegan "meats" but find it hard to get the amount of protein needed in each serving otherwise. Any suggestions?
