In hospital, can’t sleep!

    I have insomnia sometimes. It's almost 4 am. I will be trying to go to sleep very soon.

    I think I woke up at 2:30am. I just have insomnia and can't sleep on time and wake up in the middle every time

    Good luck Jim! Prayers for your surgery and a complete and speedy recovery. First time in the hospital at age 70 is quite impressive. I am from NC and get up every day around 4:00, wish I could reset my internal clock but when I wake up I get up.

    @Jimb376mfp that's amazing 70 and first time in hospital!!! I wish you a speedy recovery and good peaceful naps!!!👍 also I was up but had put mfp away...I knew that coffee with dinner would wreck me....😒🤷 lol

    I hope you fully recover. And kick the doctors and nurses in the *kitten* soon Jim. That's extremely good that your first time is at age 70. I think it sucks in hospitals as far as rest and healing goes. Feel better soon buddy. :)
