Back and finally ready

Hey y'all! My name is Abigail. I used to be a devoted ballerina and about 120 lbs. Now, I am past due with my first child and sitting at about 170 lbs. Yikes, for my 5'2" height.
Well now that I'm about to be able to resume my fitness journey, I desperately want to lose the baby weight and then focus on bodybuilding and strength training from there. I have a lot of goals for myself, and if I share some here maybe the accountability will keep me on it! ☺️
I'm really excited to get started and meet the community on here!

    Hi Abigail. My name is James. I came to this site and love to connect. I love to build community, be accountable to share my intake and exercise as I get back to health and fitness. I am sick and tired of not doing what I know I should. I am interested to drop 15 lbs and keep it off, work out on a regular basis. I notice that sending shares and updates (both wins and challenges) works for me. I've lost 2+ lbs since I got back, and have logged in daily for 15+ days so far and it is working for me. What would work for you?
