I’ve used this app off and on for a few years. Last time I was having great success then had surgery and never quite got back on the wagon. Last spring I was tired of feeling bad about myself plus, my doctor put his foot down with me - as a result I’ve lost 30 pounds so far. Sadly, I’ve plateaued!

Hi LJRlose! Thanks for the share. Love to share info and support others. My goal is to lose 15 lbs in next 3 lbs. by reducing intake, cutting out junk foods and crap, have regular exercise and connect with as many interesting people here so feel free to connect. I am open to all peeps here. James1
