Hi everyone!
I've been here before and did manage to slowly lose some weight but after a stressful couple of years I piled the weight back on and haven't been able to lose it again.
I started running earlier in the year and now have it as a regular hobbie. I doing my first half marathon in May 2019 followed by the Great North Run in September. But depsite my training I haven't lost any weight this year, so think it's time I reassessed what I'm eating.
Looking for some motivational friends to keep me on this journey!

The runger is real! I have to keep a close eye on my calories when training for a half or I can easily gain a few pounds.
You might want to look at your macros to see what keeps you full0 -
