Friday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Arm curls

Let's see if we can do 200 of them, 100 per arm

You can use anything you want as weights.

You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Forgot to mention the size of weights
    only 3lb as they are the biggest I have

    Done ...
    I have two sets of dumbbells .. 1kg (light) & 4kg (heavy) I used one from each .. 1kg with moving arm and 4 kg with fixed arm.
    I burned 28 calories in 7 minutes doing these curles.

    Okay, please tell me that I don't have to take any abuse. I was doing my arm curls at work, wearing 5 lb weighted gloves. One of my co-workers was mercilessly teasing me that I was wimpy. He said his wrist was bigger than my biceps. We measured. My upper arm, when bicep flexed, is only a little under 9.5 inches. Pathetic! Long story short, I finished the arm curls, but my ego was a bit bruised.
