What do you log for Insanity for a calorie workout on here? I don't have a HRM yet so I know it won't be completely accurate but just curious what others log it as.

I used High Impact Aerobics. I've heard others say 100 calories per 10 minutes, but that wasn't accurate for me.0

I was thinking Calisthenics??0

I used "Calisthenics - vigorous effort"0

I use circuit training0

I create my own entries and name them after each Insanity workout I do.0

Under high impact aerobics, that matches the actual heart rate monitor burn.
Type in the name of the workout; a message will pop up that says it's not in the database, towards the bottom of the screen click on: Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database. Then add in the name, time, and calories burned.0 -
wouldn't you need the HRM to figure out the calories? Or does it do it for you?0
