Let me introduce myself. My name is Joe and I’m new to MFP. My goal is to lose weight and tone up. So I started my diet 2 months ago and lost 15 lbs and now I’m down to 194. I want to get to 185 and tone up along the way. I look forward to exciting rewards and learning from others. I feel MFP is a first step towards that goal by keeping track of my diet.
