ive just realised we are getting very close to the end of the year, and am wanting to motivate myself to lose more weight and not go too crazy during the silly season!

Hello! This is a great idea! My goal is 15 lbs, but anywhere close to that will make me happy I tend to eat poorly when I'm rushed and the holiday season is when I am the most lacking in time. Especially meal prep time!

This is exactly what I needed! Just got back from an 11 day cruise with all sorts of delicious food and dessert options at every meal. Left shore at 8 pounds to lose now at 13! So count me in.

First time joining one of these but looming for the extra motivation to reach my goal for the New Year.

Okay, first day! I've already had a protein shake for breakfast. It's raining here so I can't do my 3 mile walk.
My downfall is snacking between meals so that's what I'm working on today. I find planning my meals ahead
of time helps since I can focus on the next meal instead of staving off hunger. Today I'm having a tuna creation
pouch with a big fresh salad for lunch. Supper is pork loin chops with herbed new potatoes and creamed spinach.
I even have a backup dessert plan of 80 calorie Greek yogurt (I put these in the freezer for about 45 minutes first -
great icey texture) or kiwi fruit and small satsuma.
Anyone else have a "game plan" today?0 -

I slipped on breakfast after going out with coworkers for a breakfast meeting, but my lunch in spinach fettuccine with grilled chicken, spinach, and pesto sauce. For dinner I plan on having vegetable lasagna or maybe I'll make a stir fry with brown rice. Feeling a bit drained of energy, so I'm really trying to meet my calorie intake goal rather than being below it.1 -

I'm down a pound from last week but I feel as thought it was mostly water weight. I ordered a fitness tracker/heart rate monitor from Groupon, so hopefully that comes soon!
Breakfast: oatmeal with maple and brown sugar
Lunch: crustless pot pie steamer from Healthy Choice
Dinner: will be making a vegetable lasagna
Snacks: I brought an orange and some hummus w/ sweet potato tortilla chips from Trader Joe's to work
As far as exercise goes, I am on day 2 of Yoga With Adriene's True Series
