New here, former WW member

Hi all!

I have been on Weight Watchers for the past two years. I lost 85 pounds in my first year, but then have stalled out for the past year with 25 pounds left to lose until my goal weight. I am a runner and someone suggested I should start counting macros more carefully. I heard this was the site to do it. Would love to make some runner friends and swap stories!

    It's less about macros and more about your overall calorie intake. But you can track them both here - for free! :smile: You'll need to be pretty accurate with your tracking the closer you get to goal, but there are loads of people to help if you get stuck. So welcome and good luck!
