I'm in you guys! This time of year we get so wrapped up in the holidays it is hard to remember your health is priceless!! I'm trying to lose weight in order to get healthier and (obviously) I'll feel a little bit better about myself!

Hello! I really need some support and discipline getting through the holidays, so I hope this challenge will help. I have 25 lbs to lose, but if I can get rid of 5 before the holidays I will consider that a good start.

I'm down a pound from last week but I feel as thought it was mostly water weight. I ordered a fitness tracker/heart rate monitor from Groupon, so hopefully that comes soon!
Breakfast: oatmeal with maple and brown sugar
Lunch: crustless pot pie steamer from Healthy Choice
Dinner: will be making a vegetable lasagna
Snacks: I brought an orange and some hummus w/ sweet potato tortilla chips from Trader Joe's to work
As far as exercise goes, I am on day 2 of Yoga With Adriene's True Series

This first week is a for sure challenge - one birthday dinner and a 20th anniversary day off planned and dinner out for my anniversary on Saturday and then the big eat a week from today. I am taking each day one at a time and making my plan ahead of time so I don't get overwhelmed. Have a great day everyone!

HI group! I was initially joking about the 199 club or the ONEDERLAND club. Seems like there are SEVERAL of us in this boat.
Should I start a separate thread or keep it all here? I don't want to clog up this one, but I don't want to take away from it either.1 -
I need a challenge like this. I have gained 3 pounds in a week. The cold makes me hungry!

I plan to start each day with a glass of water - not a habit yet
I plan to eat no more than 2 small snacks a day
I plan to move more every day - the Apple watch gives a calorie count for "moving" and I'm trying to increase the number each day1 -
