When bulking how far into your weight trend do you look before making adjustments to the food you are consuming? I haven't gained any weight in over a week. Should I eat more now or wait and see another week or two? My weight fluctuates up or down less than a pound throughout the week, so I'm looking at the trend for a week at a time right now.

I usually wait about a week, especially if I haven't increased or decreased my workout routine/volume. You kind of get to know how the trend weight will react to increases in calories over time. For me, I typically like to eat a bit more to be on the safe side to gain anywhere from 0.25-0.5 per week. Even if some weeks turn out to be 0.7lb it all seems to even out.0
