A little late to the party, and possibly a bit conservative on the goal, but am at the point of trying to lose half pound/week, so...
SW - 183
GW - 180
Am really trying to not gain, which is hard with Thanksgiving, holiday parties, Christmas baking. Am doing some running, and walking a lot. Need to do more strength training as a goal as well. Also, giving up the chocolate chip muffins here at work :-\ Just need to stay motivated, and remember not to go overboard with the comfort food and sweets (my downfall).

HI group! I was initially joking about the 199 club or the ONEDERLAND club. Seems like there are SEVERAL of us in this boat.
Should I start a separate thread or keep it all here? I don't want to clog up this one, but I don't want to take away from it either.
I am up for either! I am definitely shooting for that mark as we roll into 2019. And could use some motivation when I feel the frustration of doing all the things right and not watching things move.0 -
Wednesday Check in
Tracked: Yes
Calories: 1390 consumed/1300 goal
Water: I really didn't track this....
Exercise: Elliptical 45 min -- 733 calories earned per MFP and Fitbit
Wednesday Steps: 8330
I have dropped 3 lbs since Monday - well on track to my 199 goal.
@connie7355 - welcome to the Onederland club!
Thanks Beka!! If you want to start a new thread for the Onederland club that's fine or we can do it on here...either way will work!! I'm so excited and I think this group will really help me get there!!1 -

Thanks to this challenge.
Have a good day everybody 😀1 -
I need a challenge like this. I have gained 3 pounds in a week. The cold makes me hungry!
SW - 168
GW - 160
I plan to start each day with a glass of water - not a habit yet
I plan to eat no more than 2 small snacks a day
I plan to move more every day - the Apple watch gives a calorie count for "moving" and I'm trying to increase the number each day
Small successes: water - yes
snacks - yes
moving - yes
Will try to do even better today0 -
Anyone have any clue whats going on here with me? This week I joined the give daily weigh in challenge. I have been doing it anyway on my own (when I break 200 I am going back to weighing only once a week and then eventually once or 2x a month) and just to keep me motivated and an eye on things. I have seen a steady loss since I started calorie counting and doing my daily workout (it is 30 mins and alternates with weights and then cardio days). I was seeing a steady downward motion and then this week I just saw increases every day. I am eating within my target calorie range, working out, and drinking all my water. My food choices are not sugary, or processed, and i am choosing lower carbs in my meals (I think I have the calculator set at 40% in mfp and before my diet was mostly carbs lol-- so this may not be low carb in the traditional sense but lower carb for me).
I know that health and weight are not linear, but I have been examining everything this week and can't pinpoint a direct cause. I eat healthy choices during the week (and relax a bit on the weekend and go for calorie target with my choices- so think a slice of pizza and a glass of beer).
Idk.. Not to be gross, but could it be a bathroom issue? I havent really gone for awhile . Sorry I am just looking for some idea/help/thoughts/answers.

Your potty situation could TOTALLY be it. How is your fiber intake? Also, is Aunt Flo about to visit? There are so many factors - I would not stress out over one week. TRUST THE PROCESS!!!!0
