You should check out the recipes forum! Lots of posters don't realize it's there.
If you think healthy food typically isn't tasty, you might have a too restrictive idea of healthy.
It's hard to suggest anything without knowing what you like and don't like, what you think makes something healthy, where in the world you live, who you are cooking for, how many calories you are shooting for, whether you are trying to lose or gain or get fit, etc.

    My ideas for dinner recently:

    Chili
Leftover chicken with roasted potatoes and broccoli
Tuna, pasta, and red peppers mixed with ranch dressing
Two slices of cheese pizza and a salad
    My mom's beef stew
Chunky chicken and dumplings soup with frozen veggies mixed in
Baked salmon with rice cooked in veggie broth mixed with corn and peas

Any sort of rice/pasta, plus veg, legumes, and tuna/salmon. Flavours/spices/chilli/sauce as you wish.

Matters a lot what you think tastes good!

I like to cook, and am vegetarian, so do a lot of legume soups with varied additions and flavorings; chili; spaghetti squash or chickpea pasta with either tomato sauce or cheesy sauces (the latter including winter squash puree and Greek yogurt, usually) with veggies and seasonings; black bean/sweet potato tacos with salsa, reasonable cheese, and perhaps fromage blanc or Greek yogurt on top; frittatas or scrambled eggs; pseudo-Asian stir fries with lots of veggies, edamame noodles, and a peanut sauce made from peanut butter powder (plus chili sauce or soy sauce, rice vinegar and seasonings); and more.

I love my veggies, and find them filling, so I'll often have a big salad on the side, or a big plate of cut-up raw vegetables (not just the classic celery, carrots, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, and what not, but also jicama, white turnips, snap peas, etc.).

That may not be to your taste, though. Maybe check out the "Recipes" area of the forums? People post some great-looking stuff!
