I'm Tammy I was 293lb in September now I'm 264lb iam working so hard at working out an trying to eat right hard part is not drinking pop I havent but there's times I wish I could

Drink 0 calorie pop. All the flavour (maybe) none of the calories.

Ditching soda & calorically dense beverages was actually my first dietary change I ever implemented.

I should have added in my initial post, don't worry about eating right, that is different things for different people.
Eat the food you like, and work towards meeting your nutritional goals.
This doesn't happen overnight, make small changes by analyzing you diary and deciding what foods work for you to keep you in a calorie deficit while still feeling somewhat satisfied.
No food is good or bad, it just has different nutrient values.
Take time to hone your logging skills and how to weigh and log your food correctly.
Lots of good info in the stickies st the top of each sub-forum.
