Hello everyone!
Just posting a bit about myself as I hope this will help motivate me some more.

My name is Emily, I am 22 and have been up and down in my weight all my life. Mid 2016 I completed the Michelle Briggs 12 week challenge and it turn my whole world upside down, in a good way! I lost around 20kgs and got to a healthy BMI, happy body image and I was so confident with everything I did.

Fast forward to now, after 2 major oversea holidays, a job change, buying new house and moving out of town, plus living a lavish life of alcohol, junk food and Netflix... I am now sitting heavier than I ever have been before.
I am right back where I started, I hate photos, none of my work clothes fit, rocking an unwanted double chin and down right feeling crappy.

So this is my lowest, I have posted it now to push me, motivate me and allow me to see that everyone starts somewhere and for me this is a chance to get back to a healthy happy lifestyle. It won't be easier, but I am gonna try.

    Welcome. I'm back for the second time. I was super motivated the first time around and was starting to feel really good about the changes I was seeing and then I fell off the wagon, unfortunately and am also bigger than the first time I started :'( But we did it once, we can do it again!
