I'm curious. How many calories are in an order of general tso chicken with egg fried rice?

    Both of those items should be in the food database (probably multiple entries for each).

    Your idea of an order and my idea of an order might be very different. Both of those are going to be high calorie for the portion size.

    Get your order. Weigh it out. Use a general entry from somewhere like PF Changs or Panda Express.

    Ha. My problem is that when I'm In China I can't identify most of what I eat. I end up picking something that might be close. :D
