Hi, after years of depression and anxiety and binge eating to where I blew up to 240lbs I finally had to change my ways and make critical changes because I didn’t want to die this way, so I have started to exercise and diet mainly heavy weight lifting and high intensity cardio, my starting weight was 240lbs it 108kg I have now lost 10kg in 6 weeks and have just started a keto diet for the last three days, I feel amazing and my depression has disappeared and I feel a lot happier, keep going guys and never give up, diet and exercise can make a huge different in your life.

    You do not get to choose how you will die, but you sure can choose how you live and you just did!

    clearly, your ways of the past were not making you happy! you're taking steps to change that, keep it up! :)
