too tired

Hi all, I really need and want to get re-started on regulating my eating. However, I'm so tired and stressed I can't seem to make it a priority. Can anyone relate?

    I think everyone has been there. Most of the time, it's my diet that is leading to my sluggishness. I generally lean back on the discipline I've been building and slog through even though I have no motivation. It always gets better with a little time. Hope you feel better soon.

    Caffeine is the only thing that gets me through my day when I deny myself the joys of eating tons of junk food. Lots and lots of it - preferably sugar free so I am still sticking to it. It's not for everybody, but it might help you. That, and lots of water.
