hehe, I post mine a lot too, you're not a lone. Nothing wrong with being proud of what you have accomplished! And besides, that is what these threads are for, right??0 -
Here's me at 330lbs in November of 2008 after losing my first 20lbs...
And here's me at 220lbs today just after a "short" 2.5 mile run on my lunch break!
I was actually down to this weight two years ago this month, but gained 30lbs of "contentment" weight when I met my fiance which I've just finished shedding on my way down to 180lbs.
i run on my lunch break too... 2 miles...i only get 45 mins so i go back to work still sweaty--oh well, gotta do whatcha gotta do0 -

You look like a completely different person!!!
You're a stunner!!0 -
Before and durings -- estimated weights in the "befores" are anywhere from 225-235lbs and the weights in my "durings" are anywhere between 170-175lbs
Valentines day 2007 ... I'm wider than my elbow-wrist length. I can't believe I was that wide, this was at my highest...and I'm wearing a "fat sucker" under that sweater so I was actually a little bigger than I appear...the 'during' shot is me at my kids' baptism a few weeks ago.
This would be my massive sunburn on vacation in 2008...and on the right is me about a month ago.
These pictures don't show a huge difference in weight - but you can most def tell the change of skin tone. Until this summer, I was too ashamed to wear my bathing suit, or anything less than jeans/t-shirt, out in public. I was a night owl for a reason, it hid my flaws, allowed me to put on jeans and not be stared at in the NC heat. This summer, I've spent more time in my bikini than I have actualy clothes and you can tell by the amount of sun I've gotten lol
Ok, so the first picture is pretty freakin' bad, BUT the thing I notice most about it is my boobs...my cleavage was out all the time. The picture on the right was me over the weekend (I picked this pic bc I'm making a dumb face in both pics, it just felt right lol) but anyway, you can see how much of the "girls" I've lost...absolutely no cleavage even though my shirt is a lot lower cut than the first.
I feel like I'm never going to have an "after" picture...0 -
