Carbs on Keto

Hi everyone. I’m new to the Keto craze and I have a question when it comes to calculating your carbs. I’m allowed 25 grams/day but is that carbs as listed on the nutritional chart or net carbs (number of carbs minus number of fibre = net carbs)
If it’s net carbs, how I put that into my fitness pal?

It's normally net carbs. Just track fiber as one of your choices and then subtract fiber from carbs. You can add it in the notes at the end of the day if that helps you keep track.1

It is net carbs but because carbs in other countries are already listed as net on labels MFP doesn't seem to want to add this feature. I don't logg but I think some others here have found some workarounds.0
