My question is simple
How do you guys calculate the calories in HOMEMADE vegetable milks?
I’ve been trying to measure the exact or approximate amount of calories on each nut or seed I use but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right

I weigh the volume of the nuts/vegetables/whatever before I blend the milk and then subtract the pulp that is left after I strain it.
