Hi, I'm just getting into the rhythm of losing weight again but I notice everytime I start to lose weight, my family worries about me. I need to lose at least 19kgs to even be in a healthy BMI range, so I have alot to lose, but everytime I try to lose weight my family freak out and ask if I'm eating/looking after myself, and I feel bad for losing weight. Any advice on how to deal with this?

what are you doing that is so obvious to your family that you're trying to lose weight?

    Why are they so concerned?
Being a healthy weight is one of the best things for your overall health.

This time, don't tell your family that you're working on losing weight.
