I track the foods I eat, I exercise at least 3 times a week (love my planet fitness gym), I use a machine called ArcTrainer which is similar to an elliptical but also like a stair stepper (my favorite machine!), I also work on core muscles and I have a weight lifting routine I do. I have found out I love to lift! I started slow with working on my diet changes (havenโt really cut anything out but I do watch my carb intake) and I started intermittent fasting. I did that almost a month before joining the gym. Iโm loving this journey even though some days are really tough.2 -

@sasscass8705 I just joined Planet Fitness last Friday!! Since then... 5 days in a row! I really hope I can keep it up! Probably not every day, but let's say at least 3 times a week! I don't really have a routine, but I try to do different things! From Cardio (elliptical, running/walking, stepper, rowing) to weight lifting!
I don't want to get bored. So I have to do different things! I actually I love soccer and tennis, but I have bad knees! So I have to do something else!1 -

Woohoo! Iโm not a morning person at all so I go to the gym during lunch break. I wonโt give you a hard time for drinking coffee....ick! Haha! I drink tea. The stronger the better but I will never like coffee. My grandma ruined that for me at a young age. Hope you have a great day!1 -
