    I don't don't count beer or alcohol. Alcohol can be used as a catalysis and being such causes calories to burn faster... at least that is my story and I am sticking to it.

    Don't deprive yourself of things you love! I also love beer, all beer. Dark, pale ale's, stouts.... you name it. As long as you do it in moderation you will be fine :)

    My favorite is Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel. Mmmm, mmmm, good!

    The beer of choice among some of my friends when we were in Amsterdam last year!!

    And if I can't have a Dogfish Sherlter Pale Ale or Punkin' Ale (in the fall) post run, Guinness is my next choice!!
