It was delicious but I'm sure it's like 1,000 calories or more. It has a creamy sauce with shrimp and crabmeat. The eggplant medallions are fried.
Anyone know? Could find it on MFP.
I am dedicated to tracking the good, the bad and the ugly and putting in extra time at the gym tonight.

What I try to do if I can't find anything similar is to log the individual parts - eggplant, frying oil, crabmeat, cream sauce, etc. Not perfect but better than nothing!11
