Yeah definitely! If you’re working out hard training legs, it’s common to have a wobbly or shaky feeling in your legs, especially on the stairs. Make sure you stretch well!1

Totally! I consider it a great leg day if I feel like I may topple over and fall down the stairs after LOL😁1

It doesn't happen to me very often. But I'm sure it can happen if you pushed yourself particularly hard, are coming back from a training break or don't work legs very often.0

Usually happens to me the day I up my weights, or add an extra set. I have to sit in the car until they stop, can't drive otherwise. (The folly of driving standard)
Happens to my arms too. First time I ended up with a glass of water all down my front. I invested in a pack of drinking straws.
Before someone did a post about this a few months ago, I thought it was all due to being old, glad it isn't.
