Legs shake during Leg Daly?

Hey guys has that ever happened to you? Is it normal?

It kind of happened to me just today?

    Yeah definitely! If you’re working out hard training legs, it’s common to have a wobbly or shaky feeling in your legs, especially on the stairs. Make sure you stretch well!

    Totally! I consider it a great leg day if I feel like I may topple over and fall down the stairs after LOL😁

    It doesn't happen to me very often. But I'm sure it can happen if you pushed yourself particularly hard, are coming back from a training break or don't work legs very often.

    Usually happens to me the day I up my weights, or add an extra set. I have to sit in the car until they stop, can't drive otherwise. (The folly of driving standard)

    Happens to my arms too. First time I ended up with a glass of water all down my front. I invested in a pack of drinking straws.

    Before someone did a post about this a few months ago, I thought it was all due to being old, glad it isn't.
