I have the hardest time fitting exercise into my day especially because it’s one of my least enjoyable things to do. I am a teacher who goes in early and leaves late. When I get home I look forward to my wine and then just crash! I know the best time for me to exercise is morning but I really like the time at school before the kids get in. Any suggestions?

find something you enjoy, then you'll want to do it.

at the end of the day though, you don't have to exercise to lose weight, just eat in a calorie deficit.

The best time to exercise is when you can be the most consistent.

When I started I had a really small, doable goal. 60 minutes per week. 2x30, 3x20, 4x15. Anything that added up to 60 minutes. I tracked it on a spreadsheet, but you can use a calendar. Use stickers, or colored markers, anything to make yourself accountable. After 60 minutes became routine, I added more minutes. It soon became a normal part of my day.

Pick the least objectionable thing. Use Youtube or your local library to try new things. Keep trying to find something you like, there is so much to choose from.

Since you mentioned wine... How about trying to "earn" the calories for wine (and in my case chocolate)? If I don't exercise, I don't get a treat. It's my motivation, and I go straight to the gym before I go home so I don't have a choice to change my mind.
