Thank you so much. I am exercising 4 to 5 times per week and eating healthier. I am walking around the neighborhood and doing elliptical also before going to sleep. After that I am not eating. I am doing one hour and two hours. I cut all the junk food out like sodas, pizza, burgers, French fries, bread, desserts, pasta, rice, fried foods. I am eating more salads, fish, chicken, soups, vegetables oatmeal, cereal in small portion. I am having a little bit of carbs but not to much. You can treat yourself once in a while but not everyday.
