Depends on what you want to do? Lose weight? Gain muscle mass?
All I can say is make sure you eat often just cut out the unnecessary things like sugar, caffeine, alcohol. If you eat more than you should just counter act with equal cardio to burn the cals.

For strength training you should limit it to 2-3 times a week and go all in for those workouts. SLEEP, make sure you have enough sleep and good quality sleep. Without your goals in mind I cant think of anything else. Hope it helps!

If you joined to lose weight as I did; at the start I got hung up on the scales, obsessively weighing myself and becoming discouraged with the reading. I expected results that other people where getting and was basing my loss on that measurement. Everyone loses weight differently and if you understand your triggers and how you react to them by making better food choices the weight will come off. Be consistent and patient, it’s a marathon not a sprint. We are all here to become the best versions of ourselves. Read the Success Stories and know that one day in the future, your success story will inspire a new member! Hope this helps. Welcome and G’luck x

I was always athletic and fit until I we had our 3 boys. So I’m just getting back into it and I started with changing my food, 3x 25 mins cardio a week and 3 days a week strength training. So far so good!
