is it normal?

Hi Guys,
I have been on this journey for couple of months and lost 20 lbs until June but i had gained 7.7 lbs during July and i decided to get that off and i'm well on course.
i started back again in August 1st,and so far i have lost 5.5 lbs in just 20 days and to me,i have just realised that it was the first time i lost that much weight. in a short period of time
i mean,all what i did; was just taking over from where i left in June.I'm still eating and excercising and drinking a LOT of water.
So should i expect a weight gain in the up coming weeks? is it normal that i lose that amount of weight?
i'm 5ft3 and my weight is 145.50 lbs

    Some or most of the weight you gained in July was probably water weight, which can come off pretty quick when you start eating healthy again. Great job getting back on the wagon! :)
