When things get crazy at work, I tend to stress eat. I’m trying to think of ways to avoid that. Ideas? I’m just “restarting”. Friend me if you looking for connections to stay motivated. I’m really trying to stick with it! Almost through day 2!!

Try to think of something else you can do to calm down and leave yourself reminders where you typically get stressed out. Like a word puzzle, a funny quotes website, puppy videos, take a 5 minute walk, etc. Sometimes sugarless gum or a diet soda or a cup of hot coffee or tea can help too!1

Depending on what you do for work, I used to just walk for like 5 minutes around my building until I felt calm0

Don’t know if this helps you. I became the office germaphobe. People were always bringing food and leaving it out at reception.
It’s a bit of a long story, but one day I had occasion to take a close look at the behavior of my coworkers around the food that was out. I immediately adopted the policy of - if I don’t bring it, (and keep it secure) I don’t eat it.2 -
I’m going to try to arm myself with healthy/ low-cal snack options so I have something to munch on when needed.0
