Hi everyone! Im looking for some friends on here to help motivate me! I’m currently doing the keto diet and have been for 2 weeks now and love the results! If you have any tips or recipes let me know:) and add me if you like!

    Don't be too strict on Keto. Yes, there are things you can't eat. But in small moderation, some foods can also be enjoyed.

    I started the keto WOE (way of eating) back in June, did really well got my cholesterol in a normal range, the inflammation and pain in my hands and ankles gone and the weight loss was an added bonus. I started with menopause in early September and well I went back to my old fat girl emotional eating habits and gained weight and have the swelling and joint pain back. I am back to my keto woe today and love to add like minded friends. Feel free to add me. Good luck, it truly is a great way of eating!
