I have same question. What should my percentages be? How many grams of carbs should I get? I’m looking to lose the last 10 lbs and was wondering same!

If you are just trying to lose weight, macros are personal preference. Low carb is beneficial for some people because it controls their appetite, making it easier for them to hit their calorie goal. I believe low carb is considered less than 150g, though I've heard some people say less than 100g is low carb. It's pretty much up to you!

I personally look at fat, fiber, and protein as minimums to be exceeded and let carbs fall where they may, but I am someone who finds starchy carbs filling, so limiting them isn't important to me. If you feel like carbs don't fill you up, pick a number below 150g, give it a couple of weeks and tweak if you need to. There is a low carb group here that will probably have more info, I believe it is linked on the right side of the forum home page.

i have found it easier to focus on making sure my diet includes higher protien (at least 0.8grams per kilogram of bodyweight) and staying in calorie count. when i hit my protein goals i am not hungry and my carbs are naturally low (lower).
and if you eat 10+ grams of protien every 3-4 hours it keeps you satisfied. it has kept my junk food and binge eating in check, it amazing how filling 2 eggs are or some chicken breast

As already stated, low carb is under 100-150 g of carbs a day. That's 400 to 600 kcal of less a day. Your macro percentage will depend on your calorie in take.

Using easy numbers, if you ate 1200 calories a day, carbs would be 30-50% or less a day depending on your carb goal. If you ate 2000 calories a day, carbs would be under 20-35% a day. Keto'ers often aim for 5-10%.

Protein is usually moderate and between 20-35%, although some go higher.

    Fat is the rest.
