Tomorrow morning I’m having whole grain toast and eggs for breakfast with an orange.

Lunch will be a homemade shrimp salad and also for dinner.

What’s your plans for meals tomorrow!?

    Breakfast: Milk n Cereal
    Lunch: bread w pb, Tuna, egg and Avo
    Dinner: homemade burger
  • Breakfast: 1/2 mango and sweet coconut rice
    Lunch: Roasted sweet potato and veg
    Dinner: Leftover daal and rice

    Toast with avocado, tomato, bacon and a poached egg for breakfast

    Ham and salad sandwich for lunch

    And probably spaghetti bolognese with summer roasted vegetables for dinner cause that's what I have prepped atm

    Today was.
    Coffee for breakfast.
    Lunch A big salad with some air fried chicken boneless wings.
    Dinner was two chicken fajitas.
    Snacks were Greek yogurt with pineapple, 100 calorie baked cheetos, 1 Reese’s peanut butter cup and one more coffee.

    Tomorrow will probably be..
    Breakfast coffee, scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon, 1 slices of weight watchers toast.
    Lunch either a pizza on low carb high protein wrap. Or another salad with cut up chicken.
    Dinner will be either loaded potato soup or stir fry with cauliflower rice.
    Snacks, a coffee, cheese&ham, maybe some crackers.
