I have just checked the calories in airfried chips can anyone tell me if the 100g is cooked or raw!!

I wouldn't use an entry from the database like that, as it's just a user-made entry and you can't know if they prepared it the same as you.
For accuracy, it would be better to prepare your potatoes, weigh them, enter their raw weight using the USDA raw potato entry, then weigh your oil and do the same with the appropriate entry, adding it separately. Then you know you've got the right amounts.0 -
IF you're doing the chips from scratch, then really, it's the kcal count for the potatoes and whatever oil you're using.
If you're buying frozen chips, go with what's on the package as they tend to be pre-fried before they get frozen. Also log any additional cooking oil you might use when airfrying them.
