What’s the best approach for maintaining weight lost with a lightly active lifestyle? Thanks guys x

    Do some more physical activities, doesn’t have to be the gym. Start out doing some yoga or fitness training at home. I do core training and a bit of weight lifting after, noticed a difference right away. Good luck!
