Down 126 lbs from Sept 2017 to now. Clean-eating, hellavah' 'lotta gym time too!

Please excuse the crappy quality, the first one is a picture of a picture, and the second a stupid selfie. There's about 5 years and 16 kg (or possibly more, I didn't have a scale back then) between the photos.

You look great! Even your smile looks a bit more mischievous...so I'm guessing life is a bit more fun lighter7 -
Ten years and 53lbs between pictures 2008-2018. Weight has been up and down during that time but this before was at my heaviest. I feel so much healthier and happier with myself now!12

Since taking blond hair pic..) I have lost even more weight. I was 210 on that pic and I'm now 184. 36 more lbs to go to goal!! My other pic I was 300.

It always amazes me how much younger everyone looks after loosing so much weight regardless of hair color, graying, etc.6

This is more of a before and during but I’m half way to my goal and already so excited by how much progress I’ve made!
The left is me at 190 and the right is me today at 153!

147kg to 126kg. To be honest, I don’t see much of a difference but others have told me that my face has changed. Just about half way now, I’ll see you guys in another 20kg!36 -
