    Still working on getting better with my water daily. Just logging for me has gotten me back on track, but want to eventually work on eating better too. At least I'm working on more protein daily which has helped with the aches and pains.

    My Friday check in...funny, it looks like a constant drop, but in between days have been up and down. General curve is going down though, and I'm half way to goal for challenge...though I know the first few days/weeks will be easier to lose than closer to the holiday since I'm just starting back to logging. My water intake is still pretty dismal, and I really need to get my protein higher. I feel like I'm fighting off the sniffles since I just had some jello for dinner. :confused:

    I guess it wasn't all water. It's okay though. I had a Christmas party Saturday and a dinner out Thursday evening so any loss is a welcome sight!

    I plan to start each day with a glass of water -yes
    I plan to eat no more than 2 small snacks a day - yes
    I plan to move more every day - the Apple watch gives a calorie count for "moving" and I'm trying to increase the number each day

    move more - still resting more to completely get rid of this cold

    I am surprised at the size of this loss. The last couple weeks have seen very minimal movement in either direction. It was a crazy weekend of traveling and not working out and trying to make wise choices when possible and use moderation throughout. At this point I feel like I can hit under 200 at the start of the New Year! :) But we have a lot of holiday things and crazy weekends to get through first.

  • I've been at jury duty all last week so I was unable to participate. No access to scales, late evenings, & a steady supply of food. ☹️ But this is a brand new week!!!

    12-03 - 174.6 lbs (Okay, I don't get this. I've stayed without my daily intake and exercised at least 500 calories every day except Monday. After I got sick, I went up to 177 so I guess I worked that off, and my body fat percentage dropped 1.5%. I did drop a pant size though.)

    Actually dropped over the weekend but back up to the Friday weight (I swear the scale knows how to sabotage a weigh-in day)...still a drop overall since last week. I need to get my water intake back in check though...it's been super low, and I know when I drink more, my body retains less. ;)

    move more - took a 20 minute walk today and yesterday - weather was pretty and warmish (50-60s) getting cold again the rest of the week
